What was mot meaningful was being able to find out about my uncles upbringing. I didn't know all the trouble he had to go through just to keep his business growing, so doing this project helped me put myself in his shoes to see I can make it on my own as well. I'm grateful to have someone with there own business in my life so they can be as somewhat of a mentor to me. I was never much of a business person before, but now my eyes have opened and yes, it may seem hard at first, but It diffidently get's easier the more I learn from these assignments. I am grateful to have been able too participate in the project and I now know what it can take to start a business from another perspective.

What was most meaningful for this project for me was that it made me go out my way and communicate with different kind of new people who have businesses, and see what started this whole journey for them to start a business of there own. I am a nervous person who doesn't want to try
new things, but this project gave me a new perspective on how many entrepreneurs gives you a different perspective on how you should open up as a person and have an open mind and to have an open perspective of an idea, and always be creative, and have solutions of an outcome that may approach you. The owner that I met was very respectful, and honest about his business, very professional on the way he talked and explained his motives on his business. Also he told me his ups and downs of his business, a little bit of his financial part, and how he established himself, and his family to be where they are in this moment. He told me many great and problematic stories and how he solved them as a owner. he gave me confidence to keep working hard and start my own business from the ground up, and to see how well I can manage one on my own.

Next as a person, myself I have learned a lot from this project, and hope to keep gaining knowledge from all these wonderful owners who own there own businesses, and to keep thriving as an individual. I would love to have my own business, build it from the ground up and call it mine because it is something that I worked hard for. I want to have a meaningful business that as one that considers and embodies the human side of the business ecosystem. A meaningful business puts people before profit, because it realizes that its people are responsible for its profit. Next I rather have quality or quantity because you take your hard time and dedication to do someones work, and to make sumeones day from your hard work. Finally what was most meaningful for this project for me was that it made me go out my way and communicate with different kind of new people who have businesses, and see what started this whole journey for them to start a business of there own.

Being able to take place of an interview was AMAZING! Made me feel like the big person behind the chair feeling, which really did happen. But, being it my first experience to do so, couldn't have gone any better, he was really corporative and professional about handling this interview as if it was a head lead meeting. The scheduling came out all good and even offered to document the money drops and even take them to the bank to deposit. All in all I was able to get first world experience due to the fact that once asked my boss he gave me the full experience which is something I can't thank him enough for. he took me under his wing and somewhat showed me the ropes with small business. He also help me understand certain things. For example, being able to see our sales and forecast for the week and if we were improving compared to last years sales and that there should be around a 5 % increase in weekly sales compared to last year so it can demonstrate improvement

From this interview that an entrepreneur must fully understand himself, be able to evaluate his own situation, and then be full of enthusiasm and self-confidence, Full of energy. Then you must have professional knowledge and learning ability. For operating a company, the operation and management experience of related industries are all part of the profession. With the development of the company, the company's main business itself, as well as the management of the company's operations, as the company's decision-makers must gradually improve their comprehensive ability, learning ability is particularly important at this time. Then the communication of the company's management team is the basis for success.,
There are two paragraphs I would like to discuss more, the first one is “Domain knowledge in industry and tax law” Entrepreneurs need to become professionals in this field, and they need to understand the topics in this field, the situation in the region where the company is located, and the operation and management of related industries. Smoking cessation is all part of the profession. Entrepreneurs must not only have knowledge in the professional field, but also have relevant legal knowledge, because in the process of enterprise development or encounter various disputes, if these problems are outsourced to a law firm, the cost may be It will lead to bankruptcy of the enterprise, which requires entrepreneurs to have this knowledge to make accurate decisions, especially in the US tax issue is more important, so having tax law related knowledge is the top priority.
The second one is “Traits which are essential for any entrepreneur: commitment, tolerance, self-confidence, and pride.”
In an enterprise, the ability of an entrepreneur is very important. It is necessary to have a strong belief and believe that one can succeed. “Commitment, tolerance, self-confidence, and pride” these abilities can help the entrepreneur to find more partners and inspire other employees. The spiritual pillar of people keeping up with the trend makes people full of energy.

I learned a lot through this interview, I got to know the way the mind of an entrepreneur works, and how they use what information they gain through years of running a business to keep up the business. There’s a lot of competition and the only way to keep my future business is to stand out. I’m young so I have a lot of advantages since I have a lot of time for myself to live and learn. Obviously, I have a terrible lack of experience, but I feel as if I gained so much insight and I’m already focusing on what I might sell for my future business. I’m already planning how I will stand out from the rest, and who my customers are and I know a big thing I need to focus on is making connections with people I know I can trust within the business area and connections with future customers!
One thing that really struck me is that while it’s okay to have doubts and fears, it’s extremely important not to let them get a grip on me. I can admit to having the really terrible habit of letting things get into my head, that anxiety usually demotivates me from doing things, or going through with plans. Also though, at the same time, it’s very important to be realistic. For example, with finances, how will I open a business without any money? So I have to also focus on that, it’s a lot, but like stated before, I can look and gain help from professional advisors, who will guide me through the stuff I have enquired about. As stated before, I’m young and the one true advantage I have is time so that I can start early on, and I intend to. I guess this is where the fact that losing motivation is something to be worried about, but I can trust myself to pull through and it’s partly thanks to the advice I got from doing the interview. It was a wonderful process and helped clear things up for me.

For my assignment, I interviewed a successful entrepreneur, a very busy business man on what his day-to-day was like on the job. I learned about both the processes that the entrepreneur carries out every day and the characteristics he finds important for success within the field. He starts his day early around 5am to do important paper work and be done before the rush time come. Even with his busy schedule, he always tries to greet his customers and vendors. It means that customers are very important for any type of business. No matter what customers first. I need to know my customers. The store is open twenty-four hours, seven days a week. He is always checking on his employees even when he is not there, by installing several cameras around the store. Also, He is very dedicated to his job. I should love what are you doing for living or I am in the wrong business. He emphasized to me that creating a safe, responsible, and hard-working environment is a key factor in having an operating business. He personal trains his employees, making sure that the employees know all the duties during the day and night since the store is twenty-four hours. When I ready to open my business, I should take time to train my employees and know what they need for the best of the business. Some times if some employee call sick, I should go and cover the position, that way my store is running like nothing happen. The business should be more prosperous if the owner is always there.

This project has helped me understand the inside of a business. The person i interviewed is a really close friend of mine and i have never been more proud and understanding of all the pressure and stress he is constantly under. It might seem like running a barbershop is not a lot but everyday he has to worry about his business and his clients. This project has helped me knwo what is to come when i decide to own and open my business. The class itself have been very educational. As someone that is wanting to open a business similar to this one, the interview shows me how i can succeed and continue to grow as time will pass. Consistency is something was constantly repeated.
Businesses are hard to maintain but they are possible to see succeed if you have help and support. Many small businesses open up not knowing what they are getting into, with mindset that anything is possible when you set your mind to it. I believe my friend has done a wonderful job for the past 5 years and is continuing to uphold and amazing reputation. Doing a interview with someone that i know and trust has helped me see the insights and struggles of how to keep a successful business running. My friend happened to show me more than struggles, he showed me the amount of money being brought in and being used on any bills to show me the good in running and owning a business of my own

I have learned a lot from conducting this interview of The entrepreneur that I have interviewed. I have learned that starting a business does take a lot of work motivation and money. There are a lot of other people that are doing the same thing as you and one thing I shouldn’t do is compare my business to other people's business because in some way or another everyone’s business is just a little better than each other. I have learned that having customers and satisfying my customers needs is the number one thing I need to focus on once my business is all set and ready. I need to make my customers feel like they want to come back, like they just met the nicest person of their lives, and like I’ve done my job the best out of everybody else. I’ve also learned that I can’t let anything stop me from what I want to do an even if I’m scared I just need to give myself that small push to just go for it and the worst thing that can happen is that it doesn’t work out but even if it doesn’t work out I can just try again.
I think a huge take away from this interview was also learning how social media is a big part of a business. Interviewing my entrepreneur I realized that with time social media changes very drastically and you need to keep up with it to better advertise your business and get the word out there of what you do. The entrepreneur I interviewed has trouble with social media because he doesn’t really know how it works and that to me stood out a lot and made me realize that’s where people get their information from. Another thing I learned from interviewing my entrepreneur is that there’s always a way to better your business and there’s always something you can do to update whatever you’re doing. When starting a business you need to be really creative with it and you need to have an open mind and be invested in trying new things because it could really take you and your business to a whole other level

I believe the most meaningful part of this project was the insight you learn from another business owner. They really get into the small details and show that not everything was as simple as it sounds. It was a real eye-opener to see the mindset of an entrepreneur and learn the information they learn through the years. For me, I felt like you needed to be well-educated or have tons of experience to come close to a successful business. But now I don't think that's completely true, obviously, it would help if you knew any of those traits but now I don’t see it as a requirement as I did before. After understanding what I learned, I now have a clearer image of what is expected, and for me at least it seems a lot more attainable than I initially thought before this project.
Another part that I considered to be meaningful is that it gave me another option for the future. I am not too sure what I want to do but have always seen starting a small business as something that only a few people can do since it seems very complex. It gave me a bit of reassurance that I could start one in the future. Especially since the person I interviewed does it as a side hustle. I find that to be very inspiring that I can use a small business as a means of getting extra money while also having my main job. It also made me appreciate people who own small businesses more than I did before because of the fact of how much work they put in. I have never really considered that while a corporation has many workers a small business contains only a few. Because of this, I will try to buy from small businesses more than I did before because I have a bigger appreciation for those owners.

While working on this project, I felt even more motivated to be able to plan my own coffee shop real soon. Listening to the person that I interviewed and how he started from scratch was very motivational. One piece of advice that he mentioned that I liked that is going to stick with me for a long time is when he mentioned that “with a lot of risks, comes greater rewards.” Which I think is very true. Without going through some type of difficulties along the road, how can I able to achieve any goals that I might have? Being able to see his work in real life was also inspirational. While showing me his daily equipment that he uses everyday along with the supplies he has to order from time does seem time consuming, but it’s work that provides to customers you want to bring in all the time. Having a positive workplace can bring in customers that can also help you gain popularity.
During the whole interview process, I realized that he was able to be his own manager. While hearing how he gets to be his own boss and not have to worry about anyone telling him what do and what time he has to come in, that is the real inspiration as to why I want to be an entrepreneur. Working on this project made helped me even more with that I want to do in the future and that’s too be able to build a business that I can call mine. Working for a job where you have to be told what do and work with people you don’t have connections with is a waste of time to me. I want to be able to work with people that have the same similarities as me who may a passion for working in a coffee shop. My goal would be to expand and have multiple locations throughout the United States.
