| I was in management and sales for 30 years. Combined with my handyman business I needed a change of pace and my wife who is also a realtor suggested real estate. I had created a pretty successful business as a handyman my previous experience in management and sales helping a lot. However, I really needed a change in pace but did not want to lose out on what i had taken so long to build. My wife’s suggestion allowed me pursue other work that had a flexible time schedule allowing me to arrange my weeks in such a way that I can do both. So I guess what i am trying to say was my goal was to enter a career with a flexible schedule that could supplement my income while also drumming up business for my other ventures. |
