| So, why did I decide to get into this type of business? Well, the answer is pretty simple and I think it can be true for the majority of people that own their own business. The only reason I got into carpentry was because it was something that I really enjoyed. I began making furniture for my apartment here and there. It was nothing major but I would spend a lot of time and focus on the details no matter how small my projects were. I thought my pieces were ok but when family and friends would come over to the apartment I would get awesome compliments for my work, it’s almost as if I were blind to this “talent,” it just came natural and effortless to me. Everyone else saw masterpieces and I almost seemed puzzled at times like if there was something I was missing out on. I would get requests from family and friends to make customized furniture for them and that’s kind of how everything got started. Pretty soon friends were telling other friends, projects started getting bigger and more complex. It didn’t take me long to soon realize that I was a natural at woodworking, soon enough I started seeing the beauty in all of my pieces, and the motivation kept me going from there. When I finally decided to open up shop my only goal was to become my own boss. Financial stability was in the back of my mind but it was never my initial goal. |

I worked directly with the clients; designing furniture lighting of interior and exterior products for homes and industrial buildings. I also worked directly with the production team to design and fabricated the actual idea that a customer had in mind.
