NAICS: 312 Beverage and Tobacco Product Manufacturing Description: Highest Quality Electronic Cigarette Liquid |
| I decided to get into this business because I felt that there was a much higher demand for higher quality electronic cigarette juice’s. In my eyes, the current provided electronic cigarette juice’s did not meet to my standards or to my qualifications. I also went into this business because I wanted to help provide a better safer alternative to smoking, while still providing the best possible quality of electronic cigarette juice’s and products. For myself, my initial goal is to breech the one million dollar mark, and from there to continue making sales rise.a particular quote that I came up with which really helps motivate me is, “ I want my wealth to be measured in trillions, similar to the Rothschild’s.” This quote helps remind me to keep my head up high, and to never stop striving for my goals. |

NAICS: 561 Administrative and Support Services Description: Repossession Company |
| I did not decide to go into this business, I just fell into it. I worked for a grocery store for over 30 years and then retired. After that I opened a nonprofit organization that did well enough to no longer be considered a nonprofit. I then left that company and was doing nothing when the owner of this company called me and asked if I would help out around here as a manager. For 3 years I ran the company in a management with the owner of the company rarely coming in. Then she decided to leave the company to start a family. This is when she sold the business to me and I continued to run the company with my partner. I run the company different then she did in the sense that I am here on a daily basses. I want to make sure first hand that the business is running smooth and help out in anyway needed to keep the doors open. |

NAICS: 111 Crop Production Description: Plant Growth System |
| Initially this new soil company came to us, so we could help them raise the funds to start up this new business. They introduced us to three new technologies that they had combined for greater results in the farming industry. We then set out to find people that would be interested in investing in this company and I became one of those people that decided to invest and own a percentage of the company. |

NAICS: 441 Motor Vehicle and Parts Dealers Description: Manufacturing Off Road Vehicles, and Race Vehicles |
| Getting into this business was not planned. My father lived in Michigan working in the car plants there, when he married my mom they chose to take a position offered to him in California. While moving in he had a vacation before he started his new position and in that time my dad came across a header business and started working there and in his time there he invented new ways to manufacture and made the business triple its revenue so he obviously quit his job and stayed there to work on headers. At this business he made himself a chassis and a race buggy and went to do a desert race where he finished the race long before any of the competitors had even made a lap. The buggy was a huge success and in 1968 he made his first buggy under his own name, with his wife and gave his two sons jobs racing and building the cars. My initial goal was to create a business from something I loved to do and would love to do everyday for the rest of my life and do it with my family by my side. |

NAICS: 339 Miscellaneous Manufacturing Description: promotional business specializing laser engraving |
| I was already involved in this industry. As soon as I was able to open my own business I did. Opening a business was one of the goals I had but it seemed quite impossible. I knew the sacrifices I would have to make, and the amount of work that had to be put into it. I had the support of my family members which was very helpful. My goal used to be to run a business with one of my closest friends. The only reason that was my goal was because I never thought I’d be capable to run a business on my own. In 2013 I took the chance in opening a business of my own because I felt ready. So far everything has gone good, but I really hope things get better in the future. |

| 3. The reason for me to get into this business is that I want to be my own boss. The first thing I did is that I chose the business which I was familiar with. I worked at import and export company before, so I am comfortable of doing international business. Over the years I worked for other companies not only I learned a lot but also I made a lot of friends. Once I decided to open the business of my own, they were very supportive. Therefore, I decided to get into this business to be an entrepreneur. My initial goal was not to lose invest money – which includes friends money - and on top of that I needed to make profit. I hope to make enough profit to fulfill my own dreams, and I also wish not to be failure for my family and friends. |

NAICS: 448 Clothing and Clothing Accessories Stores Description: One-of-a-kind handcrafted semi-precious jewelry |
| Twenty years ago my father gave me a box of mixed colored gemstone beads. My parents where amateur geologists. I grew up going on rock trips, and rock hunting in the California desert. My parents were active members of many gem and mineral societies. I grew up participating in these gem societies. As an adult I had lost interest in participating. When I turned forty I expressed an interest to my father about making my own jewelry. He supplied me with all that I needed to make forty “fantasy necklaces” which I sold at a church event. People where impressed with my creations. I started making more pieces out of unique one-of-a-kind components. This allowed my creative energy to truly flow and allowed a unique aspect of myself to be expressed. |
