I worked under a company for over 15 years and they offered me a chance to start my own business, since I had so much experience in the job I felt extremely confident that I could handle all the requirements that come within owning your own business. The initial goal I had for myself was to take my job to the next level and start buying as many trucks as I could as well as employing workers that I knew were hard workers and had the same goals as I did. I also loved the idea to being my own boss.

I’m now happily married to that girl 26 years later! While I was standing in line, I got a better understanding of how tickets are sold, who buys what and that there is a lot of money to be made. After working for two other ticket companies after that, I decided that I could succeed on my own and opened my own ticket sales company in 1988.

I love the sport of tennis. I played for Rosemead high school and went on to play for Cal Poly Pomona. My passion for tennis made me want to stick with it the rest of my life. At first I started off just stringing rackets but my customers kept asking if they can buy rackets and other supplies, so after a while I started selling more and more on ebay and decided to open up a legitimate shop. The rest was history.

I succeeded in his goals because worked hard and wasn't afraid of failure. I really wanted to make this work.

My goal initially was to make money and grow the company enough so that I would be able to retire. My goal was to become the largest national healthcare staffing company. I started this type of business more due to my happiness and not so much because of the money I was going to be making in this business. This is something that makes me happy and this is why I think my business is still standing today. My initial goal when I got started in my business was to not to invest so much money to make money. I started my business with what I had and with time my business started growing little by little without having to invest so much money to get my business started. I did this because if my business would have not turned out well and I had invested so much money I was going to be left with no business and no money. I always work with what I have. In other words I do not spend much, only on what is really needed at the moment. I never spend money to where I am left with nothing financially.
