We own this building and let me tell you the rent will kill you. Most businesses will fail within the first two years because of the rent, which will have a lot to do with it. A bike shop was here for 16 years and I said to myself we should turn that building into something. It was horrible, ugly, a rundown nothing and it probably hadn’t been refurbished since the 70s. We started doodling and drawing and it involved from there. We had to surround ourselves with really good people to keep us on the right track. |
