I always had the urge to own my own business.  I wanted to be involved in something that i was always interested in. So one day i thought about it and just turned it into my career. People might look at my business in a negative way, but only because we are taught from a young age that its is a dangerous, addictive, illegal and that it leads to heavier drug use later down the road. Everyone has the right to believe what they want. Its okay if their opinions. I just wish people would not see it as a negative thing, this has been shown to effectively treat many cancer patients

3. I started out as a broker: the bridge between the distributor and the wholesaler. Then from there I decided to start my own business and work for myself. At the beginning, I did not plan to go into this business. However as I started to get more and more successful, I knew I could turn this into a career. I guess goal wise, I would just set small goal, little things that I knew I could accomplish, and used them as stepping-stones. Soon one thing led to another and small goals became bigger goals. Initially I did not set a goal profit-wise. I just believed that if I found the best product for the best price, my customers would respond in a positive and profitable way.

Its quite funny actually, when I first got here to the states I was hired as part of a Landscaping crew. The owner of the crew was quite unfair with us other employees so I decided to stand up to him and quit my job. Shortly after I heard that the majority of that crew split off, so your your father and I decided to start our own landscaping crew and get the guys from our previous crew to work with us. Our main goal was just to see how far we can go with this business and well 20 years later, here we are.
