Just like many other people who are passionate about anything, I did not pay attention to what my talents were right away.  I have always known that I was a creative individual, and had an interest in baking.  However, knowing how to use my talent in a profitable and beneficial way was the real challenge for me.  A few years ago I started to really bake more and started experimenting just for fun. That was when I realized that I was good at baking cakes and pastries, and enjoyed doing it.  Naturally, I decided to try making a business out of it.  My initial goal was to gather as much information as I possibly could and learn the fundamentals of having and running a successful business.  Therefore, that is how I decided to get into this business and that was my initial goal.

well every person have dream to become one day I be soldier or maybe astronaut or something but when you grow up your dreams change like no one that someone can becomes business man when he came in 1989 he used to work at gas station but later on in 1998 he stop working there cause it close down and then he was look for job and got hired at liquor store in 1999 after year later when he got hired he was doing his best there like working double shift cause some money he send to his parents and some he keep with him, and working over there for almost every day with no holiday or day off so he was hard worker basically and after working over there for almost 7 years the owner of that store he decide to sell his business to his one of employees and in 2005 he bought his own liquor store and for him it was not hard to get more customers because the store didn’t close its just someone else bought it and where was the store there was house and apartments so it was busy area and he didn’t have to do lots of things but mostly the customers are the same but he said he feel good cause he finally got his own business and now I got start working up for business and when he bought that liquor store it was hard to handle because when you buy a new business there is lots of problems comes you got to hire employees and the rules and safety making deals with other company and special in liquor store people mostly comes to buy beer and liquor so you got to keep eye on what you got to order and better be on time and special on holidays like Christmas and new year’s people buy lots gifts and parties on new year’s so mostly when you start its hard but later when you get into it and you slowly learn it you start doing pretty good in business, there is time when you need to open your business and where you should open your business and in that case you got to find maybe in shopping center or where is busy here but at that point everywhere was busy not like now days that cause economy is bad people don’t have money and lots of other stuff so time change you around 2006 when he bought it was going well still it’s going well but kind in middle cause of budget cuts and economy going down and people don’t have money and etc.

I was pretty steamed about this, being given directions to a place that would tell me to go somewhere else. Coincidentally one of my brother's friends had just come across a wide variety of starters, alternators, axels, rack and pinions, and electric boxes. Long story short, I bought everything he had, found an auto shop to set up at, and now help people in any way I can.

Well I worked for a bottling company for 10 years and I absolutely hated the job. I dreaded waking up in the morning, I slept on the job in my truck, and they didn’t have a good long term retirement plan. The whole business actually came to me in sort of a fluke. I was talking with a guy at a 7/11 and he was talking about how he was going from doing windshield repairs for a guy in LA to running his own franchise in Oregon which means there would be an opening when he left. I took down his information so I could contact his boss about the job, and the next week I had the job. Right when I first started working for him I knew my ultimate goal was too one day own my own franchise. I didn’t want to work for anyone long term but I had to start somewhere in the business so I moved up from repair man to actually managing the guys he had working for him. And one day I got the opportunity to purchase the franchise rights to the San Bernardino County and later on I purchased Riverside County as well and that’s how I ended up in the business and I love it.
