I started probably before 9th grade I think about 12 I would carry their record crates my mom would allow me to go out. Well in the 9th grade I hung around actors who put together parties, and that’s where I started, I was a promoter. Later I became serious when I got to college I joined a fraternity and I became an organizer and booking venues it became a bigger network. By the time I was 21 I already knew everyone for years. My initial goal was to get into the events my older friends put together free and become popular, I just wanted to be the young cool dude and I've accomplished that.

My mom started this business. It’s just a family business that her and I run full time. Often I have my brother, Leo, come help me out afterschool when it gets busy and stuff. Sometime I gets so busy that I don’t have help that customers actually would leave because they don’t want to wait so long. It’s a lot of hard work. When my family decided to start this business, our goal was only to make money. My mom is a very good cook and instead of working for somebody else, we thought we take a chance and open our own business. You been here all the time, you like the food. What I really want to do is grow the business big so I can retire my mom early and just hire people to run it. That is my initial goal and I’m still working on it right now. Right now is to work hard and save money and open another branch to try to make more money and then hire people to run it so I can retire my mom early and reach that goal. My mom is getting old man and she works hard.

3. Once my father opened up the business I remember on just always being going their and help him set up the business. At first I really wasn’t that into getting into the  family restaurant. My father would always pull in my older brothers in and tell them that he wanted them to run it or to help the open a business of their own. I was really into it when I was younger. All I wanted to do is just go out and enjoy my social life. that’s what me and my sister would do. After I graduated high school I didn’t go to college so my parents me made me work. So I started off working at the restaurant and my dad would showed my all the things he would have to do in his office and how he would interact with the other coworkers. Spending that time with my father meant a lot to me and also he told me that if I wanted to open one on my own he would help me open the restaurant.

I got into this type of business because I have always had a passion for cars. My awesome and late friend, Mike Urbano, got me into Supras, which is what we specialize in. He taught me everything that I know, without him, I don't think any of my work would be possible. Kaizen Motorsports is dedicated in remembrance of him. As far as my initial goal, it was to have fun working on cars that we love. Sure, the money came, but it was all about fun. Now, it's important to still have fun, but since we have slowly been expanding, it's important that we maintain cash flow as well.
